Architectural / Planning Review

Patrick Brandon

The committee is responsible for reviewing any Architectural Construction Forms submitted by Homeowners. This form is submitted when a Homeowner wants to change, add to, or alter the exterior of their home or lot. The committee presents these forms to the Board for approval.

Compliance

Mitch Wynn

Compliance Committee is responsible for enforcing the Covenants and Restrictions, overseeing that the Owners are in compliance with the Covenants and Restrictions, and proceeding with legal action to enforce the Covenants and Restrictions.

Social Activities

Kelly Mcsweeney

We are the FUN committee! The social committee plans and sets up the Annual HOA Meeting, the Fourth of July Party, the Fall Festival, and other community and holiday events. We help facilitate a community of neighbors who look out for one another and play just as hard as we work.
